We have a gear bag we give you. Put your name and bib number on this bag to help you find it at the finish. We will take these bags to the finish for you. If you are in the 10K and 5K you can leave your bag at the starting line which is also the finish line for all distances. Do not put items that are expensive in your bag. No keys, medication etc. These bags are not secure.
We ask that you leave them at the starting line. If you leave them on the course we ask you drop them at aid stations. Aid stations are not cleaned until the entire race is over. If you leave an item on the course expect the item to be a donation because they are hard to get back to you. They are generally put in trash bags.

Not on this race, due to having to bus up
Yep. Rain or shine as well. We alter the course if the rain or snow impacts it.
Nope. We follow their rules however we found it was much less expensive to our racers to use regular insurance instead of USAT.
For extreme weather, yes. This means dangerous weather, like flash flood, lightning, or winter storm warning. If it is snowy no. We can run in the snow. However, for safety, we change the course if the road is covered in snow to a 5K that we repeat. It is very rare that a race is ever cancelled. Tough thing about racing is you may have sunshine and flowers or rain. Being outdoors you have about a 98% in utah it will be awesome.
We offer race insurance at only 8.1% of race fees that would cover things like this until race day. It is a third party company so you get your money and we do not lose money on having to purchase all your race swag.
At this point we have you running even if you don't show up. The only other option at this point is you give or sell your bib to someone else. Wish we could do more. 3/4 of your race fees goes to your race and those have already been spent at this point in the race.
We have one of the more generous policies in the industry as to deferrals and transfers. We do our best to help people if it means we do not lose money.
